Meeting convened at 7:00 p.m., those present and voting were the following members: Harold Thompson, Robert McCarthy, Chris Kerr, Stephen Martino, Alternate Todd Machnik seated for Steven Ross and Alternate Don Willis.

REGULAR MEETING
Lot Line Modification – Claire D. Haskins – 29 Washington Avenue and 28 Hawks Nest Road.
Motion was made by Harold Thompson and seconded by Stephen Martino to approve the lot line modification at 29 Washington Avenue and 28 Hawks Nest Road with conditions. No further discussion and a vote was taken. In favor: Harold Thompson, Robert McCarthy, Stephen Martino, Chris Kerr , Todd Machnik and Don Willis. Opposed: None Abstaining: None. The motion passed unanimously 5-0-0.
Original Division – Kimberly Birk – 459 Shore Road
Motion was made by Harold Thompson and seconded by Todd Machnik to approve the Original Division at 459 Shore Road with conditions. . In favor: Harold Thompson, Robert McCarthy, Stephen Martino, Chris Kerr, Todd Machnik and Don Willis. Opposed: None Abstaining: None. The motion passed unanimously 5-0-0.
Lot Line Modification – Robert F. & Sara C. Myers - 11 Binney Road and 11-1 Binney Road.
Motion was made by Chris Kerr and seconded by Todd Machnik to approve the Lot Line Modification at 11 Binney Road and 11-1 Binney Road. In favor: Harold Thompson, Robert McCarthy, Stephen Martino, Chris Kerr, Todd Machnik and Don Willis. Opposed: None Abstaining: None. The motion passed unanimously 5-0-0.

Discussion of Collection of Overdue fees for the Woods of Old Lyme Subdivision.
Motion was made by Harold Thompson and seconded by Stephen Martino to set a public hearing to collect the fees owed to the town. In favor: Harold Thompson, Robert McCarthy, Stephen Martino, Chris Kerr, Todd Machnik and Don Willis. Opposed: None Abstaining: None. The motion passed unanimously 5-0-0.
Reading and April 12, 2012 Meeting Minutes
Motion was made by Todd Machnik and seconded by Stephen Martino to waive the reading and approve the minutes as submitted. In favor: Harold Thompson, Robert McCarthy, Stephen Martino, Chris Kerr, Todd Machnik and Don Willis. Opposed: None Abstaining: None. The motion passed unanimously 5-0-0.
The commission agreed to hold a Workshop on June 7th, 2012 to discuss the Old Lyme Subdivision Regulations.
